The Christchurch Harbour Hotel (formerly The Avonmouth Hotel) had an extensive refit of all areas of the hotel as well as an additional new build of 8 quantity 4 level luxury attached homes in the shape of a crescent.

Over 2100 luminaires were designed, manufactured and installed, in accordance with the design team and owners. Recessed "plaster-in" lights were supplied for all of the 100+ hotel rooms; both fixed and adjustable and glass "pyramid style" down lights for the bathrooms. Ground level recessed wall lights provided night time safety with all of the hotel rooms lighting being controlled by scene setting wall switches.
