The Lakeshore apartment complex in Bristol was originally the headquarters of Imperial Tobacco until it closed in 1990. This grade 11 listed Cor-Ten Steel building was then turned in to 422 apartments with stunning views over the local area.

Cortex Lighting supplied over 6200 various luminaires. Many of these were designed bespoke for the project and visually complimented the building facade. 1300 LED down lights were installed within the apartments along with standard fluorescent pendant drops and wall lights.

Special LED uplights were manufactured that illuminate the many building support pillars as well as uplighters, emergency lighting, balcony lighting, car park lighting and the various circulation areas.
